This system has been created to provide an end-to-end workflow structure that allows users to engage and monitor the entire influencer marketing process.
Beginning with a list of influencers and their general information, this system allows for communicating with them, proposing opportunities and business pitches that then turn into contracts and deliverables.
Once signed (using DocuSign or a similar API), this system also tracks income and expenses both for the company (DH) as well as the agreed contract conditions.
The system automatically tracks due dates of those contracts and their related clauses so that agent/influencer engagement for contract completion may be tracked.
Communication logs, opportunities, deliverables, invoices, and payments roll up per influencer so teams can monitor every step in one place.
A series of reports are available providing a quick visual perspective on all areas of the business.
Adding influencers to the database is important, so this system includes a way to track and reward referrals who bring new business leads to us.

For Representation Signing (RS): Use the brief to document commission terms and authorizations during talent onboarding. Once terms are agreed, the brief data will flow into the representation contract.
For Brand Collaborations (BC): Track offers received from brands and counter-offers you send. Each version is saved, creating a negotiation history. Once terms are finalized, submit the brief to move to contract creation.
